This is not just a recruiter or manager, usually a person who leads all HR activities in a small company, and in fact, performs the duties of an HR director. Often he does not have subordinates, he builds a strategy and implements it himself, and also deals with administrative work. This universal role involves possessing literally all HR skills so that the HR Generalist can cope with any task, and we will teach you this.
In short, an HR Generalist can deal with everything related to the organization's human resources. He can manage the entire life cycle of an employee in a company - from hiring and adaptation to training and development, career advancement or dismissal. His field of activity includes a constant assessment of employee motivation and productivity, their suitability for the position, resolving conflicts between the employee and the company, and compliance with labor legislation.
It is optimal if you already have experience as a recruiter or HR assistant, or HR manager, but our course is also suitable for those who want to start a career from scratch and learn all the basics. You can’t get into a top company from scratch, but you can get a job in a small one and take on the full range of responsibilities, for this the knowledge from the courses will be enough. If you need to delve into certain areas, you can always quickly get knowledge and practice with other specific courses.
This is a universal and very multi-tasking role that requires responsibility and discipline. You need to constantly communicate with people, be a mediator between management and staff, plan and organize your work, and at the same time be able to find a balance and compromises between the interests of the organization and people.
