Why is the whole world actively adopting OKR?
Because the old way of setting goals for the year, with top-down cascading, no longer works. With OKR, Google has become No. 1 company

"I wish I had had this system nineteen years ago, when we founded Google. Or even earlier, when my only 'company' was myself! Although I've always been painfully good at it, good ideas with brilliant execution are the only way to work miracles. That's what the OKR method is for"

What graduates say about the OKR course
A great course for taking OKRs and actually rolling them out in your company.
Clear and to the point. I love how the material is presented and structured, and homework is checked carefully — it isn’t accepted on the first try.
It’s good that you can take the course at your own pace.
Reviews come from the surveys graduates fill in when they receive their diploma.
