  • 3. 4D (Do, Defer, Delegate, Delete) technique for prioritizing tasks.

  • 5. Practical assignment: analyzing and reallocating current tasks.

  • 5. Bullet Journaling technology for organizing tasks and ideas.
  • 6. Practical assignment: choose and master a new application or technique to improve time management.
