02 Manifesto

Prompt engineering was an interesting skill in 2024.

In 2026 AI no longer writes — it works.

This course is about that shift.

MODEL SHIFT
01 OLD MODEL

AI as an assistant

  • You write a prompt. AI replies with text. Then you copy it over by hand.
  • “Help me draft interview questions” → 12 questions in the chat → you paste them into Workable.
  • Routine time dropped by 10–20%. Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V stayed.
02 NEW MODEL

AI as an employee

  • + You set a task. Codex opens the ATS, reads resumes, fills the spreadsheet, sends emails — on its own.
  • + “Run a first-pass screen of 50 candidates and send me a shortlist of 5” → done in 20 minutes.
  • + Routine time dropped by 80–95%. Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V gone for good.

Codex is not an AI assistant. It is an AI employee that does the work for you. The course teaches you to assign tasks so it never lets you down.

6 roles = your AI staff. The course builds them in 6 lessons of 45 minutes each, on your real data, inside your ATS.

04 Course program

Six lessons — six assembled agents.

Each lesson — one HR function × one Codex capability. By the end of the lesson you have a live agent working on your real data, not a practice demo task.

E Examine · The Analyst

Codex for HR reports and dashboards

How to delegate data collection from 3 systems and dashboard assembly to an agent that replaces an analyst on your weekly reports.

  • Codex plugins: Google Drive, Sheets, SharePoint, Box, Notion — connecting, access scopes

FAQ · 8 QUESTIONS

Common questions.
Short answers.

01 Will AI replace HR and recruiters?
No — AI won’t replace HR, but HR with AI will replace HR without AI. Codex takes on the routine: resume screening, paperwork, standard reports. Strategy, culture, complex interviews, offer negotiations stay with the human. The course teaches you to delegate the first and free up time for the second.
02 Codex or ChatGPT for HR — what’s the difference?
ChatGPT replies with text — then you copy it by hand into the ATS and Excel. Codex Desktop works for you: it opens the ATS itself, reads resumes, fills spreadsheets, sends emails. That’s the difference between an assistant that advises and an employee that does the work.
03 Do I need to know how to code?
No. The course is built on a no-code approach — Codex is configured in plain language, like a prompt in ChatGPT. No terminal, no code, no developers are needed in any lesson.
04 Is it safe to give candidate resumes to Codex?
Lesson 3 has a dedicated Data Safety block: a GDPR checklist, what must never be shared (passports, medical data, sensitive PII), and how to work in sandbox mode. The course doesn’t teach you to bypass compliance — it teaches you to work with Codex within its limits.
05 Does Codex run on Windows, or is Mac required?
It runs on both. macOS offers full Computer Use (Codex sees the screen, clicks inside the ATS, works in Excel). On Windows it’s Browser Use + plugins, which covers 80% of the course tasks. If you have a choice, macOS is recommended.
06 What do I need from OpenAI to use Codex?
At minimum — a ChatGPT Plus subscription ($20/mo) on your account. For teams — ChatGPT Business or Enterprise: Codex is included in the plan, with nothing extra to buy separately.
07 How do I clear installing Codex with IT?
In the first lesson you get a security & permissions checklist for the IT team. Codex Desktop is an official OpenAI app with enterprise-grade security (used by Virgin Atlantic, Gap and other ChatGPT Enterprise customers). Most IT teams approve it without issues.
08 How many hours a week does an AI agent save in HR?
On average — 8+ hours a week per HR professional after deploying the six course agents. On resume screening the savings reach 95%, on standard reports up to 80%. The exact figure depends on how much of your week the routine tasks take up.
