Five lessons: you describe the task in plain words, the AI agent writes the code, you check the result and share the tool with your team. A hiring cost calculator, a batch of offer letters from one spreadsheet, resume screening with scores, a dashboard from your HR system export and an onboarding tracker behind a link — all built live in Claude Code and Codex.
A course for HR people who don’t write code and don’t plan to learn programming. You stay the client: you say what you need, check the result and decide. The AI agent writes the code — it creates the file, runs it and fixes it until it works.
Every small HR tool waits months for IT, and code from a chat has nowhere obvious to go.
The course is built around tools: every lesson delivers one or two real HR tools, built step by step. Lesson one installs the agent on your computer and gets you a first result in an evening, the next three cover documents, hiring and data, and the last one rolls a tool out to the whole company. Each lesson is useful on its own: a recruiter can watch only lesson three and sort a folder of resumes tomorrow.
Setup without a terminal, a folder for HR tools, a brief template for the agent — and your first working calculator.
Hiring calculator · Brief templateA batch of offers from one spreadsheet, a folder of resumes scored in a table, every interviewer’s ratings in one place, a dashboard from an export and salary ranges.
Document generator · Resume screening · Scorecard · Dashboard · RangesAn onboarding tracker on a Google Sheet: the new hire and the manager open their own checklist through a link.
Onboarding trackerAll demos run in Claude Code, in the Code tab of the Claude app. Where Codex works differently, there is a note right on the screen. The document generator and the salary range calculator are built entirely in Codex.
Claude Code is only on paid Claude plans. Codex also works on free ChatGPT, with limits.
This is a cut-down version of the lesson-one calculator — the one you’ll build with the agent in an evening. It opens with the course example: 5 hires in a quarter. Type in your own numbers and the total updates instantly. Try to break it, too: zero hires or a negative amount is the first thing we test in the lesson.
Benchmark — SHRM, 2025: $5,475 per non-executive hire, $35,879 per executive hire.
Every lesson ends with a working HR tool and an assignment to build the same one for your company. Open a lesson to see what you’ll be able to do, what’s inside and what you’ll take away.
Install the agent, give it a task and get a working calculator in a single evening.
Claude Code and Codex on your computer, an “HR tools” folder and a hiring cost calculator built from the agent brief template
Produce 50 offers or letters from one spreadsheet in a minute instead of copying them by hand.
A document generator: a Word template with fields + a candidate spreadsheet → an archive of finished offers; a project rules file
Turn a folder of resumes into a scored table and collect every interviewer’s ratings in one place.
The “screen the resumes” agent command: resume folder → candidate table with scores and evidence; an interview scorecard with a shared summary of ratings
Turn an HR system export into a dashboard in minutes and see who falls outside the salary range.
An HR metrics dashboard you drop an export into: headcount, turnover, hiring, tenure; a salary range and grade calculator with a list of employees outside the range
Share a tool through a link with every employee in the company, with the data in a Google Sheet.
An onboarding tracker: a Google Sheet with the checklist and a page behind a link — the new hire ticks off items, the manager and HR see progress

Mike has spent 20 years in HR and founded Pritula Academy. He builds tools for the courses and for running the academy with Claude and Codex exactly the way you will in this course: he describes the task in detail, checks the result and asks for fixes.
The academy website has 550 course pages in different languages, and part of the information on them had to change — several days of tedious work by hand. Mike wrote a detailed brief for Codex, the agent did the job in about a day, and Mike only kept an eye on it.
Mike gave Claude examples of search strings from his own lessons and asked for a tool. The result was a browser page that writes candidate search strings on its own — not perfect, but working, and built very fast.
Mike built a game for the academy with Claude twice. A general request produced a primitive text game; a detailed description of the mechanics produced something on a different level. That’s why the course includes an agent brief template.
To have Claude prepare tools for academy courses, Mike uploaded up to 200 examples of tools he likes. The agent pulled ideas from them — and new tools are now built from those ideas.

Five lessons, seven tools in your own folder and an agent brief template — so your next calculator, report or checklist doesn’t wait in the IT queue.
Right after payment. The course is recorded, and access lasts one year.
Five lessons of 45 minutes. After each one there’s an assignment: build the same tool for your company. It takes 60–90 minutes.
No. The AI agent writes the code; you describe the task in plain words, check the result and ask for fixes. It’s enough to be comfortable with ChatGPT or Claude in a chat and with Excel.
One is enough. Claude Code comes with paid Claude plans — from Pro at $20 a month; it isn’t on the free plan. Codex works in the ChatGPT app: with Plus at $20 a month, or on the free plan with limits. Google Sheets and Apps Script are free.
Whichever your company already pays for. All demos run in Claude Code, and where Codex works differently there’s a note on screen. The document generator and the salary range calculator are built entirely in Codex.
No. Claude Code works in the Code tab of the Claude app, and Codex works in the ChatGPT app. Terminal commands are shown separately for anyone who prefers them.
The lessons use only made-up test data, with no real people on screen. Data rules are covered right inside the lessons: the agent brief template has a “what not to do” section — for example, don’t send data to the internet.
A personal tool is a file: it opens with a double-click, and you can send it to a colleague or put it in a shared folder. Interviewers open the scorecard through a link. The onboarding tracker runs on a Google Sheet — the new hire and the manager open it through a link.
