What's inside

HRIS exports usually come as raw CSV: duplicates, missing values, different date formats. It used to take 2–3 days to prepare. With the Curator Agent — 30 minutes: Claude reads your export, cleans it, standardizes, and assembles an HR metrics dictionary.

Q · 01 Will the course work if my HRIS is different from PeopleForce or BambooHR?

Yes. The PEARL method works with any HRIS that lets you export data to CSV or Excel: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, HiBob, Personio, and others.

The course teaches you to work with the export, not the interface of a specific system. The end-to-end TechFlow case is built on a typical HRIS export that's universal across all platforms.

Q · 02 Do I need paid Claude Pro or Claude for Excel to take the course?

For full use of all 5 agents, we recommend the Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) — it gives you access to Claude in Excel and higher limits.

You can take the basic part of the course on free Claude, but the Claude + Excel combo (lessons 2–5) only fully works with Pro. The savings from your first report to the board will cover the annual subscription.

Q · 03 I have no SQL, Python, or Tableau background. Will I be able to handle the course?

Yes — the course is specifically designed for HR without a technical background. Zero lines of code across the entire course.

Basic Excel skills at the level of pivots and formulas are enough. Claude does everything else: writes formulas, builds pivots, creates charts, explains results in plain English.

The course teaches you not programming but the skill of asking the right questions of data through AI.
