The work is online, meetings are in Zoom, and a project usually takes 5 to 10 weeks.

How much does HR consulting cost?
Ready-made services cost $5,000 or $10,000 for the whole project — see the prices above. A one-off session with Mike is $500, a session for a company with up to 5 participants is $1,000.
How long does a consulting project take?
The standard timeframe is 5 to 10 weeks. If needed, it can be extended to 6 months.
What if we decide to stop before the project is finished?
We reserve your unused hours for 6 months. After that, the project is closed and considered complete.
What guarantees do you give?
We guarantee dedicated time for your project and every tool that, in our expert view, the task needs. If the format stops working for you at some stage, the remaining hours stay reserved for you for 6 months for other tasks.
Can I get a refund after paying?
No. Your unused hours stay reserved for you for 6 months.
What if the project turns out to be bigger?
We will offer to add hours, split the project into several, or stay within the current hours with a limited, agreed-in-advance result.
