We have developed a program for 6 intensive sessions that covers all the main issues and aspects of working as a coach with adults. We will talk about current formats and types of training, go through the entire cycle from pre-training preparation to reflection, conceptualization and practice, understand the features of facilitation and moderation, provide rules for organizing training in groups. And also teach how to conduct training online.
