I want to share my impressions of the "AI in HR" course. This course is incredibly useful and informative. The introduction of AI in HR provided an excellent understanding of how AI technologies can be applied in recruiting, candidate sourcing, and new employee adaptation. I was particularly impressed by the topics on how AI helps manage employer branding and HR in marketing, as well as intelligent employee training using AI. These sections raised important questions and offered practical solutions for effective personnel management. It is also worth noting the role of AI in reward management and its integration into corporate culture and communications. These aspects of the course helped me understand how modern technologies can improve relationships within a company and enhance its competitiveness. I want to express my gratitude to Mike Pritula for such a valuable and useful course. Now I intend to actively apply the knowledge gained in my work.
